Rawhide Ranch is a non-denominational destination though the staff is comprised of many denominations. We welcome all walks of faith and have had all types of worship services in the Buck Inn Barn.
Church picnics on the ranch have increased in popularity. We can facilitate 300 visitors at a time and offer a large number of activities and entertainment.
Pastoral retreats are common at the ranch. Those who have shouldered the task of tending to the flock need time to tend to their own needs.
Marriage retreats have taken place several times on Rawhide Ranch. What better way to make couples focus on one another than to pull them away from any and all distractions?
Youth groups love their time spent at the ranch. Yanking the modern day teenager out of the technology filled world startles them for a short period of time. Once they adjust to the lack of cell phones, Ipods, television, radios and cell phones; they realize that there is another way to connect to the world.
Ladies retreats seem to be very popular on the ranch, we now have 4 different congregations using the ranch as their annual destination. The seclusion and beauty of the property gives everyone the opportunity to truly reflect inward.
We held our church's ladies retreat this year at the Rawhide Ranch. We had a GREAT time!! The guys were so nice and we had a terrific time taking the trail ride. We are planning to hold our retreat there again next spring and bring even more ladies with us!!

Church camps are another use for the ranch property. We have been working with Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church as the home for their church camp. Their kids visit the ranch for 3 days and enjoy the outdoors and a break from their normal hectic lives while learning more about their beliefs.
Derek & Staff: Wow! Another great year for camp! As usual you made it special for all the kids and counselors alike. We played our video Sunday and now everyone is asking when the next camp will be. Thank you again for the campfires, horseback riding, obstacle courses, hobo dinners and making our time there special. We will see you next year!
