Rawhide Ranch has been the choice for hundreds of family reunions over the years. We like to think we know a thing or two about what a family is looking for when choosing a location.
What do you need for a family reunion?
Lodging is in one place and large. The entire ranch will sleep 58 people overnight. A family does not have to be divided among three or four locations. The entire family can stay in one location. You want to visit with Uncle Jim? Just step outside your room into the common areas where he is relaxing on the leather couch next to the fireplace.
Food can be expensive. This is where the Ranch House is the ideal choice. The full kitchen in the Ranch House allows your family to do all of Its own food. This immediately brings down the cost of your reunion greatly. If you don’t feel like cooking Rawhide can provide the food for you.
Activity for the young and old is always a concern. Rawhide Ranch has plenty to do on the grounds but when you add all the amenities of Brown County, you have a location that will make all generations happy. You have the horseback riding for Cousin Jenny, Campfire for Uncle Mike, arts for Grandma Louise, hiking for Aunt Kathy, paintball for Grandson Kyle, a low ropes course for the Wilson’s and a singing cowboy for the entire family.
Privacy is just as important as the location. When your family gathers, you do not want a hotel full of strangers gathering around your campfire or dinner table. You want just those you know and love to be near. The ranch sits on a hill that when you pull up the drive, you feel like you are the only folks around.
Expense is a major concern when planning. Rawhide Ranch can be an affordable choice. The cost of the ranch is comparable to your typical lodging prices except it would cost you a lot more to rent an entire hotel compared to renting the entire ranch. If you are flexible with your dates, we can be flexible with our rates.
